1Who can score matches
The tournament organizer and any co-admins you add can score matches. Co-admins can be set up from the tournament settings — useful when you have separate pitch coordinators.
There is no dedicated scorer app for spectators. All scoring is done by authorised admins via the organizer dashboard.
2How to enter a score
In the match center, tap the match you want to score. You'll see a scoring panel with:
→ Try (5 pts) — tap the team that scored → Conversion (2 pts) — appears automatically after a try → Penalty (3 pts) → Drop goal (3 pts)
Each scoring action is timestamped. The running score updates on the public spectator page in real time.
3Correcting a score
Mistakes happen. Tap any scoring event in the timeline to edit or delete it. The score recalculates immediately.
For 7s, the half-time break is tracked automatically — the system marks which events occurred in each half, which feeds the analytics breakdown.
4The spectator view
Your tournament's public URL shows live scores and standings with no login required. Share it via WhatsApp, social media, or post it on the scoreboard screen.
The spectator page auto-refreshes every few seconds. There is no app to download — it works on any phone browser.
