By creating an account, creating a tournament, or otherwise accessing Skrammm (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including tournament organizers, club managers, players, and spectators.

Skrammm is a tournament management platform for rugby events in Malaysia. The Service includes tournament creation and management tools, fixture generation, live match scoring, automatic standings calculation, team entry and squad management, and public event pages accessible without an account.

The Service is provided as a progressive web application accessible via any modern browser.

To create or manage a tournament, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without their consent.

Skrammm reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4.1 Free Tier. Tournaments with 8 or fewer approved teams are provided at no cost. All core features — fixture generation, live scoring, automatic standings, and public event pages — are included in the free tier.

4.2 Paid Tiers. When you approve a 9th team for a tournament, payment is required before the tournament can proceed. Current pricing: RM100 for 9–24 teams; RM250 for 25 or more teams. An annual pass (RM500/year) provides unlimited paid tournaments for 12 months.

4.3 Annual Pass. The annual pass is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and covers all tournaments started during that period that exceed 8 approved teams. The annual pass is non-transferable and non-refundable after activation.

4.4 Entry Fees. If you collect entry fees from participating clubs or teams through the Skrammm platform, a transaction fee of 2.5% of the gross amount collected applies. This fee is deducted before remittance. If you collect entry fees outside the platform, no transaction fee applies.

4.5 Refunds. Tournament fees may be refunded if a tournament is cancelled before any teams are approved. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment. Refund decisions for partially-run or disputed events are made at Skrammm's discretion. Transaction fees are non-refundable.

Registering a club, joining a tournament, and accessing live scores and standings are permanently free for clubs, players, and spectators. Skrammm does not charge clubs or players any fee for using the Service.

Clubs are responsible for the accuracy of squad and player information submitted through the platform. Entry fees charged by tournament organizers are set by the organizer and are not under Skrammm's control.

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including tournament names, team names, match results, and other data. By submitting content, you grant Skrammm a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that content you submit does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate any applicable law.

You may not:

— Use the Service to organize events that are illegal under Malaysian law. — Submit false or misleading tournament, team, or player information. — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other user accounts or to Skrammm's systems. — Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications. — Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any payment obligation under these Terms. — Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without written permission.

Payments are processed through Billplz and are subject to Billplz's terms of service. Skrammm does not store full payment card details.

Prices stated on the Service are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

Skrammm reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated with reasonable notice and will not affect tournaments for which payment has already been made.

Skrammm provides the Service on a best-efforts basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where practical.

We are not liable for any loss arising from downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Skrammm and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Skrammm in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Skrammm may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or at our sole discretion with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Tournament data may be retained for a period after termination for audit and legal purposes, then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Skrammm reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
