Your public event page and spectator view
What spectators see, how to share your tournament, and how to use the public page as a marketing tool.
1What the public page shows
Every Skrammm tournament has a public URL — no login required to view it. The page shows:
→ Tournament name, format, date, and location → Registered teams (once approved) → Full fixture list with kick-off times and pitches → Live scores during the event → Final standings and results after the event
The page updates in real time during the tournament.
2Sharing your tournament
Share the tournament URL anywhere — WhatsApp, Instagram, your club website. When players click the link, they see the live scores without needing to download anything or create an account.
For large events, you can display the spectator page on a projector or large screen in the venue — it auto-refreshes every few seconds.
3Using the page for sponsorship
The public page is a credibility tool. Sponsors can see the event's reach — how many teams, how many matches, live traffic during the day.
After the event, the page becomes a permanent record. Include the URL in your post-event report to sponsors and the rugby union.
