For organizers

You've got a padang booked, twelve teams in WhatsApp, and a spreadsheet that's already broken.

That's exactly who Skrammm is for. Not federations with event staff — the teacher, the club secretary, the ex-player who said "I'll sort the fixtures" and now spends every evening chasing score updates.

Skrammm takes the three jobs that eat your week — the draw, team entries, and score-keeping — and does them for you. What's left is the part you actually signed up for: running a good day of rugby.

— The Skrammm team

Match day, hour by hour

Here's what a Skrammm Saturday actually looks like.

  1. 7:00

    Check-in opens

Your team list is already final — squads were submitted and approved during the week. You tick teams off as they arrive.

  2. 9:00

    First whistle

The draw was generated when you set up. Every manager already has the fixtures link; nobody asks you what pitch they're on.

  3. 12:30

    Group stages wrap

You've been entering scores from your phone between matches. Standings and tie-breakers computed themselves — the knockout bracket is ready.

  4. 17:30

    Finals

The whole tournament — every score, every scorer — is on the public page. You hand over a trophy instead of reconciling a spreadsheet.

The objection ledger

Every question we'd ask before trusting a new platform with our event — answered straight.

Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can use WhatsApp and fill a form, you can run Skrammm. Every screen is covered in the guides, step by step.
What if the venue internet is bad?
Score updates are a few kilobytes — they work on weak mobile data. If you lose coverage completely, enter results when it returns; everything recalculates instantly. We won't pretend you can score fully offline yet — you can't.
Who owns the tournament data?
You do. Your fixtures, results and team lists are yours — export them anytime. We don't sell data, and deleting your tournament actually deletes it.
Can I print fixtures and team sheets?
Yes — print-friendly views exist for exactly that reason. Match officials get paper; the crowd gets the live page.
What happens when team #9 enters?
You start free. When you approve your 9th team, that's when Standard kicks in — RM100, and only then. No card needed to start.
What if I want to try it with fake teams first?
Do exactly that. Create a tournament, invent eight teams, and play with it — it's free at that size forever. Or explore the sample tournament without signing up at all.
What if Skrammm shuts down?
A fair question to ask any new platform. Your data is exportable at any time, so the worst case is going back to the spreadsheet — never losing your records.

The founding organizer deal

A new platform's first tournaments get something no established one can offer: the people who built it, on call. Founding organizers get direct-line support before, during and after match day — and a say in what we build next.

What Skrammm doesn't do (yet)

So you can decide with full information:

  • Collect entry fees for you — payments between you and teams stay outside Skrammm for now
  • Full offline scoring — you need at least a weak data connection at the venue
  • Season-long league management — Skrammm is built for tournaments first
  • Live video or streaming — the live page is scores and standings, not footage

If one of these is a dealbreaker, tell us — it moves our roadmap.
