Skrammm ("we", "us", "our") operates a rugby tournament management platform at skrammm.com and app.skrammm.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2.1 Account information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and any other information you provide during registration.

2.2 Tournament and team data. Organizers provide tournament names, formats, dates, and team information. Club managers submit squad lists and player details. This information is visible on public tournament pages.

2.3 Usage data. We collect information about how you use the Service — pages visited, features used, and actions taken. This is used to improve the product and understand what organizers and clubs need.

2.4 Payment information. When you pay for a tournament, payment processing is handled by Billplz. Skrammm receives confirmation of payment and the amount, but does not receive or store full card numbers or banking credentials.

2.5 Device and browser data. We collect standard browser information — IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type — for security and analytics purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

— Provide, operate, and improve the Service. — Send transactional messages — account confirmations, payment receipts, tournament notifications. — Investigate and prevent security incidents, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service. — Comply with legal obligations under Malaysian law. — Analyse aggregate usage patterns to improve product features.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not use personal information to serve third-party advertising.

Tournament pages on Skrammm are publicly accessible by design. This means:

— Tournament names, formats, dates, and match results are visible to anyone with the tournament URL. — Team names and squad lists submitted by clubs may be visible on public event pages. — Match scores and standings are visible in real time.

Organizers and club managers should ensure that player information submitted to the platform is consistent with what those players have consented to make public.

5.1 Service providers. We share information with third-party service providers who help us operate the Service — cloud hosting, payment processing (Billplz), and analytics tools. These providers are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

5.2 Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by Malaysian law, court order, or government authority.

5.3 Business transfers. If Skrammm is acquired or merged with another entity, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before this occurs and give you the option to close your account.

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain data for up to 12 months for legal and audit purposes, then delete it.

Tournament and match result data may be retained longer for historical record purposes, in anonymised or aggregated form.

You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. We will action deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure password storage.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Skrammm uses cookies and local storage to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and collect analytics data.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Service — in particular, session cookies are required to stay logged in.

Subject to applicable Malaysian law, you have the right to:

— Access the personal information we hold about you. — Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. — Request deletion of your personal information. — Object to or restrict certain processing of your information. — Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

The Service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Players under 18 years of age may be registered in tournaments by their club or team manager, who is responsible for ensuring appropriate consent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the Service at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
